Low Carb Cheeseburger Pie (31 Days of Delicious Easy Recipes Day 19 )
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 T onion powder
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 C shredded cheese
  • Optional: 1/8 C cheese
  • Optional: 1/8 C crumbled bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 2 T Mayonnaise
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Season ground meat with onion powder and salt and pepper and cook in a cast iron skillet.
  2. Drain extra oil.
  3. Add 1/2 C shredded cheese.
  4. Add egg/milk/mayo & optional bacon mixture to skillet.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Place skillet in preheated oven.
  7. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Optional: add 1/8 C shredded cheese as the topping and cook 10 more minutes.
  9. Remove skillet and let cool 10 minutes.
  10. Slice cheeseburger pie just like any other kind of pie and serve.
