How To Make Parmesan Pork Chops {F&FF Week 3}
  • Bone-in Pork Chops
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt one Tablespoon EVOO in skillet on medium-high heat. Place pork chops in skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side to quickly brown {sear} and remove from heat. Set aside to cool.
  3. While pork chops are cooling, place Parmesan, Garlic powder, and pepper in a plate and mix.
  4. Drizzle remaining 2 Tablespoons of EVOO on pork chops to coat both sides and then dredge through the parmesan/seasonings. Place in casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and test thickest pork chop to see if they are done. Enjoy!
