Coconut Oil Popcorn
  • 2 Tables spoons coconut oil
  • 3 popcorn kernals and then 1/3 cup popcorn kernals
  • sea salt
  1. Melt 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil in a saucepan over medium heat. When melted, add 3 popcorn kernals and cover. When those 3 kernals pop, immediately pour 1/3 cup of popcorn kernals into pot. Stay close to occasionally move pot around to prevent burning while popcorn pops. When the popping slows to 3 seconds between pops, pour popcorn into bowl and dust with sea salt.
