From Savannah, you can reach St. Simons Island by bus, taxi, rideshare, or your own car. It will only take an hour and a half to drive this 82-mile distance depending on traffic. A taxi ride and rideshare service from Savannah Hilton Airport to St. Simons Island cost $195 to $225.
