Fabulous Fall Challenge Begins!

I’m so stinkin’ excited for this year’s Fabulous Fall Challenge that may help you go from a lethargic, unhealthy, and overwhelmed Wife or Mama {whether you have 0 pounds to lose or 100}, to being at peace with your body, learning to cook easy meals, saving moola on groceries, and having more pep to your step.

What is this Fall Challenge about?   So glad you asked, friend.

Let me start by telling you what the #FabulousFallChallenge is not:  It is not a diet!  This Fall Challenge is simply a fun community to join this fall if you want my how to be healthier hacks, to conquer the battle you’ve been having with food, to stop yo-yo eating, and to finally feel good in your own skin.  

Instead of being annoyed by cooking, I now have a love for creating scrumptious, Southern food that is healthier, and y’all, it’s not that hard.  

I want to show you how!

After all, God gave us food to enjoy. I am not perfect, but just a super-busy Wife and Mom that has finally learned how to have fun with food without it taking over my life or my health in a bad way.  We eat real, traditional meals daily like our Grandparents and Great-Grandparents used to do with a slightly lighter feel  ~not lacking in flava~  and a few hacks to get the job done quickly.  

 

Why a Fabulous Fall Challenge?

Let’s face the cold hard facts:  The reason most women are not healthy is that  #1, it’s hard to know what is truly healthy.  #2, it is overwhelming to begin a strict food and/or exercise plan when you feel so far away from fit and healthy.  #3, your body is missing what it needs so junk is getting grabbed too often. #4, you don’t have time for healthy!  And #5, you feel as if you must be perfect 100% of the time, which is impossible, so quitting every lil program is a pattern and leaves you feeling like a big, fat failure.

Good News!  You don’t have to be perfect with this fall challenge, just improve each week on that week’s focus and share your success and failures with the group.  Hallelu!

  • How to live by the 70/30 rule of eating {70% healthy & 30% not}
  • How to enjoy not-so-healthy meals/treats while maintaining your health

Woot!  I am so excited to help women get their pep back.  To enjoy providing wholesome meals for their families. To have fun!  The Flab-to-Fab-Fall Challenge will begin the first Monday of October.  That’s probably only six days or less from when you are reading this.

    Hey girl,
    I love reading your articles and certainly want to read all you have to say about health. So, since I’m on your email list does that mean I’m ready to go? I have recently lost weight myself and have been maintaining for some time now. Maintaining is the real struggle for me, because I’m not longer on a diet, right? Wrong…so I look forward to all your tips.

That’s one thing I hope to instill is a sense of calm (and not dread about the pounds creeping back on) while also having a fervor to fight for your health and be happy because of the tools you will learn.     Looking forward to this! Been working on getting healthy, increasing energy and helping my body back after two babies back to back. The biggest obstacle for me is time. Time to prepare good meals mainly dinner – I’m learning and want to keep on learning! Cheers to many more healthy years! Thank you.
