How To Completely Change Your Life in 2015

This is a little tough for me to put this all out there but I want to be transparent in hopes that others can relate AND so I can show you how to completely change your life in 2015.

Last December I was a super-exhausted Mom with health issues, carrying way too much weight on my body, and also carrying a PhD in yo-yo dieting.

I had tried to clean up our diet by spending months ridding our house of processed foods.  It wasn’t enough.  We knew we needed to get active again but we just didn’t have the energy.  Oh, we had lost a few pounds but we still felt like zombies—watching life pass us by.

Our son came home for Christmas and told us that he was about begin working for a company {I had never heard of} that had Ah-mazing performance products that would help him gain muscle in the gym and help him athletically. 

“Oh boy,” I thought.

    Wow! I’m really interested in learning more.
    I had taken a fitness/nutrition challenge near the end of 2014, and I stuck to it well, but I didn’t lose as many pounds as I had wanted. I’m looking for something new to try. This sounds like something worth looking into. Thanks for sharing!
