What a wonderful, crazy-busy day!
I started the day out again in the kitchen, making a big breakfast. Confession: on school days, I despise cooking breakfast. There, I said it. On a school day, it’s way to stressful for me to fit in cooking and cleaning up. Don’t worry – we eat breakfast every day on school days but they are make-ahead or very easy, no- cook breakfasts.
Oh yeah, and sleeping in a little bit this week has already been fabulous!
As you’ll see in the video, we finally got our homemade Hot Chocolate with candy canes and homemade whipped cream. 🙂
