We are wives, daughters, friends.  We have full lives, you and me, but all of us desire to be healthier –  We want to feel better, look better, and be better – but without too much work or sacrifice.  Amen?!  Join me for 10 days to eat better, feel leaner, and live healthier the easy way! What could possibly change in just ten days?  A lot!

Trust me, I discovered a simpler, healthier way to do things two years ago.  Here is a type of journal roundup of my 10 Day challenge that I wrote back then.  The reason for my 10 Days to Eat Better + Feel Leaner + Live Healthier is, well, it’s been two years since my first one.  This past summer was a whirlwind of busyness, fun, and travel, but it was also a time where we let our guard down and allowed several bad, unhealthy habits to sneak back in!

10 Day Healthier Challenge

It’s just a re-start, a do-over, a let-me-get-things-back-on-track-as-they-should-be kind of motivation for us all.  I will be doing a 10-day cleanse, which simply means that I’ll be eating clean as possible with lean protein, good carbs, good fat, and fruits and veggies (but no bad carbs, dairy, high sodium, or high sugar).  The cleanse simply adds high-quality omega 3s, probiotics, and awesome fiber into the mix while cutting out the bad stuff.  I’ll also be taking my best B vitamins for women of all time!


I’ll be documenting every. single. day. of our 10 Day Healthier Challenge.  You are welcome now, during the challenge, or after the challenge to get the high-quality supplements that I use, but even if you don’t, I hope you are motivated by our days together to be a healthier wife.  Here is the page where I get my products at a discount.  Read our story then you’ll see the 10 Day HEALTHIER challenge bundle at the bottom.

    As a teacher, I could always use ways to be healthier- or should I say STAY healthy 🙂 Is exercise involved as well? I need exercise daily too to keep my sanity! 🙂

    I love having a healthy l8festyle. My husband went on a trip with some friends and felt sick after unhealthy food. To me that means I’m ping a good job at making us healthy stuff, it means he’s not used to junk anymore !

    I have got to start eating better. I know its because I dont plan my meals like I used to. I am always thinking about wating at the last minute. Thank for this reminder and challenge.

    i would love to cut out sugar again. I had it out of our diets and then somehow it crept back in.
