If you are unsure, stick a meat thermometer in the center of the chop to make sure the temperature is at least 145 degrees and up to 165 degrees.
Because pork chops are such a lean cut of meat from the piglet, it tends to cook very quickly if you aren’t careful. If you following the recipes “as is,” there should not be a tough chop. Who wants that?!
