I haven’t tried using fresh pumpkin in any recipes. It’s a lot more work to scoop out, remove seeds, roast pumpkin, and then puree before using in recipes like this. After all that, it should be similar to the canned pumpkin, but again, I haven’t tried it myself. Hope this is helpful!

I love how these take your farther than the normal pumpkin pie. They all look delicious!
I love all these pumpkin recipes! I definitely need to get into pumpkin more… but eating pumpkin isn’t really a big thing in the UK (we only use them to make lanterns out of for Halloween!).

I like making pumpkin recipes during this time of the year. I recently made pumpkin pasties for my Harry Potter club and Pumpkin Cupcakes that were delicious! I bet my boys would love pumpkin muffins!

I’m allergic to pumpkin so I always go with try everything pumpkin with apple instead. Usually works out pretty well. The Peanut Butter Dip just got added to my must make next list!

That’s an amazing collection! I am ready to make the Pumpkin Spice Latte OREO Cookie Balls and the Pumpkin Praline Bread Pudding. They sound so delicious to me.
Oh wow – they all look/sound scrumptious! But as someone born in New England, I have to say that the NE Caramel Pudding sounds divine.
